Why eat your brunch off of a plate when you can eat it off of your drink instead?

Pancake, Egg and Bacon Bloody Mary

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 2 pieces bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Bloody Mary mix
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Step 1

    Make pancake batter according to package instructions.

  • Step 2

    Make teeny-tiny pancakes.

  • Step 3

    Cook the bacon until slightly crispy.

  • Step 4

    Cook the egg sunny-side up in the bacon grease on a low heat.

  • Step 5

    Make your favorite Bloody Mary.

  • Step 6

    Place a skewer in the cup. Add two pancakes, bacon, the egg and two more pancakes onto the skewer. Devour.
